Manasquan, Howell Residents Indicted on Drugs, Weapons Charges

Charges stem from August incident

 

A group of six Howell residents and a Manasquan man were indicted by a Monmouth County grand jury this week on drug charges.

A total of seven charges stemming from an incident in August of 2012 were handed up by a grand jury.

Kevin Keeton, and Laura A. Adamavage, both 22 and Jennifer Stephenson, 59, were indicted on one count of third-degree possession of a controlled dangerous substance. On or about Aug. 17, 2012, they were found to be in possession of heroin in the township, according to court documents.

The three were also indicted on one count of fourth-degree unlawful possession of a weapon for being in possession of knives at the time. The also face one count of second-degree endangering the welfare of a child.

Adamavage and Stephenson were also indicted on one count of third-degree possession of a controlled dangerous substance when they were also alleged to have been found in possession of cocaine at around the same time, according to court documents.

The pair were also indicted on one count of fourth-=degree possession of a prohibited weapon for reputedly being found in possession of metal knuckles. 

David E. Adamavage Sr., 58, was indicted on one count of third-degree possession of a controlled dangerous substance for being in possession of oxycodone, according to court documents.

Along with 28-year-old Amanda L. Adamavage, 25-year-old Daniel Rakoski and 26-year-old Joseph B. Adamavage of Manasquan were indicted on one count of fourth degree unlawful possession of a weapon for having "knives and/or clubs and/or swords and or machete a the time of the incident.
